My husband and I are completely happy with our new basement and we enjoy guest visiting our home telling us what a beautiful job done by D.O.T. Renovation! There are two gentlemen (Ivan and Boris) leading the project: one of them took the building part while the other project management. They invite reliable specialists for each type of job and tightly control the quality of the job done. We did the design part, we wanted our basement look like a loft which is not easy with the sealing 7.5 feet. D.O.T. Renovation team helped us to realize this plan. Our basement now is not only the most stylish place in the house, but also a functional space for storage, painting studio, musical band rehearsal stage, and Lego city – all in one!

D.O.T. Renovation was hired to perform a complete basement finishing, including installation of 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry, also to create 2 living spaces in the form of a small apartment and a recreational area. Total area under construction was about 900 sq.ft. Total project length from signing of the agreement till the last payment was 5 weeks.
A few obstacles and deviations arose during this project: reconstruction of sewers, water pipes and air ducts, insulation replacement, additional electrical network.
The entire project was completed without delays (despite those extra subprojects) and with satisfying quality. The expertise and versatility of this professional is out of doubt.

Ivan has done a lot of renovations for our home, that included every room and area, all washrooms, new deck, basement, everything was done very professionally, high quality. After a while we had to move to a new place, he has helped us to do some more renovations (like new paint, door replacement, etc.) in the old house, so we could sell it better. We sold for the highest price and moved. Then in the new place he has done a new deck for us that looks fantastic. His work is always very good, he leaves the place looking great and clean all the mess. I highly recommend Ivan and his team.

Used D.O.T. Renovation services after buying a house. Received very accurate and affordable quotation. The work started on time and was finished before we entered the house. We replaced old parquet with high quality hardwood, kitchen counter top and painted entire house. The quality and standards of the completed work were very high and the house was left in very clean condition. After we entered the house they came and completed all the finishes including some damages left by movers!
